Sharonda Miller, APRN
Sharonda Miller is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner that was born in Nashville, and raised in Mineral Springs, a small town in southwest Arkansas. She received her degree from Walden University in Minneapolis Minnesota in August 2018, where she was a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. She is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner, and The American Nurses Association. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner Sharonda began her career as a Licenses practical nurse (LPN) where she received her degree from the University of Arkansas Cossatot Community College (UACC) in 2001. Sharonda practiced as an LPN for three years before returning to UACC to obtain her associates in nursing as a Registered Nurse in 2005. Sharonda always felt that she had more to offer her patients and community, that feeling is what pushed her to continue her education and obtain a masters degree.
Throughout Sharonda’s 19-year career she has worked in various areas. She has worked long term care, family clinics, assistant living facilities, Emergency room, vascular surgery, medical surgical floors, ortho/neuro, ortho/neuro trauma, cardiovascular, renal, home health, and GI lab, as a nurse. Three of those years were spent as a travel nurse to various facilities throughout Arkansas and Texas. During her career as a Nurse Practitioner she has worked at Arkansas Hematology and Oncology with the Internal medicine physicians and in a family practice before starting at New Frontiers Health Services in May of 2020.
