Patient, Resident, Family Advisory Council (PRFAC)
Patient, Resident, and Family Advisory Council (PRFAC): Evidence has shown that there are better patient outcomes and a more patient centered culture when patients and families are involved in the care and experience of the patient or loved one. PRFAC councils may help with improving processes, communication, flow of care and/or facility lay out. LCHS is fortunate enough to have an amazing group of individuals that serve on our council. The group meets monthly and provides important feedback and suggestions on how to improve our processes. We appreciate this dedicated group of volunteers!
